Workers for Justice is an organization of dining hall workers of Pomona College. In order to improve the lives of dining workers, we are calling on the administration and board of trustees to let us use a democratic process to form a union. We have decided to work with UNITE HERE Local 11, the union that represents food service workers in the Los Angeles area and across the country. By joining with UNITE HERE, we join a nationwide movement of campus dining service workers and students who are fighting for dignity and respect in the workplace.
